j utillise a Programmer for Unicam cam with a power com 3 and 2 usb taken -there works well for Unicam cam but it also works for MAXCAM com-3 is a plug adapter with usb com 3 I specified that the 4 LEDs are kindlest but it must be switched on only 3 leds

Additionaly the second USB Port next to the serial Port must be connected to the pc too!

I have to buy the DIGITALUSDA70156 and I have tested but nothing changes it works not com 7-9600 / 8/1 /

Try it with setting the baudrate to 115200 in the Device Manager

Is a 2nd usb cable next the serial port plug on programmer and the otherside to the pc? You will need it to flash the newest cam hardware with your programmer!

the CAM will be recognized on TV?
You can see it in the TV menu under Common Interface.
