Update and channel list

Sorry for posting in english, but i don't know German at all.
Please help me. I want to make updates, without loosing each time my channel list. How can I do the updates without loosing my channel list.

the last firmware or Iltv(patch soft) are without settings. You can update unafraid.
neverless can you your channel list save on a stick and after update firmware: the saved channellist kick back.
