No. And it never will be. Keys from *.key files are publicly available and also linked in the announcement.

i don't understand because the keys are already in the cobra 1.03/1.20/1.31 file, these are not all the same like in the deltacam.key or softcam.key...
i don't understand the difference of it, because you have to know the keys to made the cobra.bin file ant this file you can't read with the Delta-emuKeysEditor...

I would like the (softcam/deltacamkeys) of the B*lg**m c*b** provider t*l*n*t from wich it worked with the cobra 1.31

on the top of this page you're saying :

i wanna try with CCcam because my unibox HD1 Plus works only together with the deltacam for DVB-C , when i wanna look to DVB-S i get always the error SID not found in PATH unless i remove the deltacam..... so i wanna try to get it work all with cccam....

Telenet is an exclusive DeltaCam feature. Therefore this key is indeed burned into the Cobra binary (and obfuscated). It will not be made public, nor will it be possible to read it out.

Reicht das eigentlich wenn ich nur den softcam key neu einspiele oder muss ich die ganze software lösvhen ?

softcam.key bleibt erhalten, wenn du die neue Firmware einspielst. Löschen musst du gar nichts.
