”Alternative compatibility mode” with DeltaFlashLoader 1.32

In case the DeltaCam does not initialize inside the TV/STB after the firmware has been flashed (and only in this case), the firmware might be flashed again with the “alternative compatibility mode” being enabled, see

TVs that are known to require this mode are the Philips PFL8404H and PFL6636K.

The workflow of the DeltaFlashLoader is not very intuitive at the moment. The usability will be improved in a later release.
