KNX ETS6 Support

Hello everyone !
I see that on ETS 6.2.2 there is a very useful ETS App. But on the licensed version of ETS 6.2.2, it is not pre-installed. Does anyone have a separate installation version of that ETS app? Its name is: Extended Copy of KNX product. Thank you very much everyone.

As a rule, KNX Association does not provide separate installation files for specific ETS Apps. Instead, they are all available through the ETS Store that is integrated directly within the ETS software. This is done to ensure that you always have the latest and compatible version of the App for your ETS installation.

To install a specific App such as 'Extended Copy of KNX product', you need to do the following:

1. Make sure you have an internet connection and open your licensed ETS 6.2.2 software.
2. Go to the 'ETS App Store' tab in the main navigation bar.
3. Here you will find a search bar. Type in 'Extended Copy of KNX product' and press enter.
4. The App should appear in the search results. Click on it to see more details.
5. If you have not purchased the App yet, click on 'Buy' to purchase it. Remember, some Apps are free while others may have a cost.
6. After purchasing, you will have the option to 'Install' the App directly in your ETS software.

Remember to restart your ETS software after the installation is complete to ensure the App has been successfully installed and is ready for use.

Einzelheiten erläutere ich gerne. Ich arbeite immer noch an diesem Projekt. Ich komme dem Testen langsam näher. Meine Lösung wird es ermöglichen, den Emulator mit einem Klick automatisch zu starten und so die Lizenz mit allen Funktionen zu aktivieren.

Es ist interessant, ein Dongle-Emulator. Eine Technologie, die mich schon immer fasziniert hat.
Ich mag es nicht, mit dem PC herumzulaufen und Dinge an die Anschlüsse meines Notebooks anzuschließen.

I updated to 6.3.1 and checked, the problem remains. In the official version of ETS 631 it is not possible to paste unregistered devices into the project. The feature is unlocked only with special developer or tester licenses. Perhaps you have one of these licenses or a modified version of ETS, but I haven't seen one yet. Try logging out of ETS, go to demo mode and copy paste unregistered device, you will probably see the same error as in the screenshot.

What can I say... You can see the screenshot I attached, right? There you can see the message that ETS shows when trying to insert an unregistered device into the project. The functionality of the program cannot be different for different users in the same official version, because the Association itself explained that in ETS versions "ETS 6.3.0 and above" the copy function will be blocked for unregistered devices.


1. The import function of projects with unregistered devices is not blocked.
2. Only inserting unregistered devices into the project is blocked.
3. Inserting unregistered devices into a project in official version 630 and higher can be unlocked only if you have a developer or tester license.
4 The above described blocking of functionality was introduced by KNX association intentionally, the link to the information from the official source was in my previous posts.
Unfortunately I have no idea what you have going on in your ETS.

If you could share the ETS631 with the unlocked functionality of inserting unregistered devices, I would be very grateful. As probably many in the KNX community))
