Patched with new webjoker changes into EMM logging:

I have modified code to create different file for each reader.

In this case, EMMs are logged in different files named according to the reader label.
I've used reader label since it's a mandatory parameter in oscam.server.
For example if you use label= tivusat, in config file, when you use savenano you will find two files named:

tivusat_emm.log
tivusat_emm.bin

Message: fix reader-videoguard2.c that I broke. Restored to 3033 version with minor fix to atr list. removed reader-videoguard-common.[c,h] for now. If we want to do it, someone with a NDS2 card will have to do it as I have no real mean of testing this. Sorry for the breakage guys.
