hi to all,
i have an audi q5 2015,
i want to activate the rear bumper lights to work when the lid is closed,
they only work when the lid is opened, is it possible to activate them with vcds or odis?

They are not supposed to light up when the lid is closed. They are in fact installed because the housing of the rear lights are fully integrated into the lid and regulations need a default source of light when they are not visible. The operating is limited to fog rear lights and reversing lights. Changing anything to that by coding is converting your car to a street illegal one. It is possible and you have to adjust channels but i do not recommend it to you.

I know that they are not supposed to work when the lid is closed, I know their purpose, but I want to try to code them to work together with tail light, can you help me with coding or adjusting channels in adaptations?

Okay, you have to
change BCM 09 Adaption Channels according to the behavior you want. Adaption channels look like this (7)-Leuchte26NSL LA72-Lichtansteuerung HD AB 26. you have to figure out which adaption channel you have to change because there might be over 1500 channels in the BCM. If you are able to check all for the Light you want to adjust it is fairly easy to change the behavior. This Table is helping you to identify the lights and it is also helpful for the adaption channel. Before you make changes be sure to copy the old values so you can always revert back to original state if you need to or something fails while changing adaption channels.

If i understud well, i need to look for (7)-Leuchte 26 SL LA72-Lichtensteiger HD AB 26 or similar (this stands for rear left fog light, but what it means "inside" writen on the table) or do i need to look for rear bumper fog light

This might means "Inside Bumper". Check for all Adaption Channels inside there should be up to 12 for each light
