    Screenshot of what exactly, it would only show no subtitles showing. In this log I went to Sky Atlantic then turned on subtitles and then off and on again a few times then finally switched to SR to ensure that they work when using that, which they do Is it possible that not all boxes can use...

    I was waiting for the next update just to be sure because I have 7.6.1.26 and its not working here on my box, however a friend also on 7.6.1.26 tells me its now ok on his. So I didnt wish to post that its not working until I was absolutely sure, but right now it isnt, at least for me on my VU...

    No I understand its not about replicating Stream Relay, but before that audio drop out update they worked with Softcsa.

    Ok after the latest update the option to use subs is now present again when using softcsa, however after selecting them they still dont work. If i switch to SR they work instantly. What I did in the debug is enabled debug log. restarted while stb was on sky atlantic. subs were already enabled...

    I forgot ( busy life ) The debug is for Sky news HD on 28E I tried to open the subtitles 3 times for you and each time the option to select them showed briefly and then vanished. Very similar to how the broken resolution behaved.

    Ok next issue since the audio droput fix Subtitles for softcsa channels don't work or are not available since the audio dropout fix. V13.1.5 It doesn't work on default skin ( I checked because I knew you would ask ) Sky News has working subs as does Sky Atlantic. All the italia channels do...

    Ok I've completely refactored my skin for the Video Size from to And now its fixed. I do have to stress though that this really wasnt required before the softcsa update that broke my skin. Anyway I hope the above helps others.

    Yes I've already tried using the py from the Git. It makes no difference, so it seems its identical to the pyc on my box. I'm going to try to see how Matrix uses converters and if it has its own. If it does I will try pointing my skin to the Matrix converter rather than the ATV default one to...

    theres a difference between being the only one and the only one posting. If you seach through this thread ( not easy ) then you will see several others have reported the issue as well, but now they just seem to be reading and waiting for a fix rather than commenting.

    The simple answer is nothing. Before the update to only start the decoder after the first cw arrives everything worked perfectly. After that update the resolution being displayed is broken. My skin is not at fault, softcsa is on certain skins.

    Ah Ok. Yes I remember that update and yes that was indeed about the same time as this issue appeared for the first time. Ps the Softcsa icon being displayed correctly is now fixed as you stated.

    Ok I've just tested Matrix for you and as you say this skin is completely unaffected by this issue. The resolution always displays in the infobar upon every channel change. I really dont know why this is ?

    Ive tested several skins and its not working correctly in any skin that uses the default ATV converters. I havent tested Matrix yet but I will, however I really dislike that skin I find it ugly, but I dont have to like it to test it. I'm guessing if Matrix works Ok then it uses its own...
