bei mir keine probleme, aber bei anderen läuft die firmware wohl nicht so gut.

warte einfach noch etwas ab, heute soll wieder eine neue original fw von vantage veröffentlicht werden.

Im Prinzip gut.
Merkwürdig ist, dass auf 8° W Fox Sport und Fox News laufen, jedoch nicht Fox Discovery. Schiebt man ein Diablo in den Schacht, kehrt sich alles um, d.h. Dicovery läuft, Sport und News laufen nicht mehr.

Hallo ,

Ich habe die emu + cardreader multicas Software 2.5301 aufgespielt ,gestartet und er initialisiert eine halbe stunde meine Festplatte.
Ohne Erfolg, also Reciver aus, Festplatte aus, alte Firmware wieder drauf.
Festplatte wird wieder Endloss Initialisiert.
Am Laptop lauft die Platte.

Weiß jemand Rat.

wenn das passiert ,hdd ans PC ,dann mit rechter maustaste unterm laufwerksbuchstaben eigenschaften anwählen und unter tools
festplatte prüfen lassen.

es geht auch unter dos " chkdsk /f x: " x=laufwerksbuchstabe

dann wieder zurück an vantage ,und sollte funzen!
HDD wird sofort erkannt!

vor update immer zuerst standby,20 sekunden warten bis EPG-daten auf hdd zu zu ende geschrieben werden! und dann HDD abziehen!
sonst werden beim nächsten systemstart alle daten auf hdd geprüft und eventuell repariert oder sonstwas!

formatieren würde ja bedeuten das 800GB Daten verloren gehen.
so langsam fängt Vantage an zu nerven, halb fertige Firmware auf den Markt bringen abwarten wie sie bei den Usern läuft, wieder dran rum fummeln und halbfertig auf den Markt bringen.
Das geht jetzt seit 2Jahren so, und ruft bloß nicht den Support an, alle die du an die Strippe bekommst „können sich gar nicht vorstellen, das was mit ihren Geräten nicht in Ordnung sei“(def. Fernbedienung, etc)
Auf E-Mail Antwort warte ich heute noch. @Vantage
Naja werde dann wohl doch zu Dream Receivern wechseln wenn das so weiter geht.
