- added nice_value in config file (possibility to change process priority)
- fixed a bug on LIGTV HD and other channels with demux problems
- fixed a bug using newcamd protocol for irdeto smartcards
- re-added software emulators support (check SoftCam.Key file to know how to add keys, if some codifies aren't working perfectly please report it)
