You can ask your questions in English. This should be no problem, but a translation of all posts is impossible. Or what do you mean with "read in English"?
If u are not logged in , you can use "Google Translator" and this will show u the posts in english or other chosen language. Just copy the adress from the main forum page in the translator and start to search.
