    I got information that downgrade (from 0020 to 0011) isn't possible. We need to delete old phones somehow whith diagnostic (ODIS or something) and connect new phone from the dashboard.

    Yes. The same. Mine is 3C0 035 279 X, SW 0020, HW H40. I can't pair phone. Also can not erase old phones from memory and can't restore it to factory settings. There are also few cases on the internet but no answer : Edit by Mod.: Link in Fremdforum entfernt - Boardregeln beachten! Also one...

    I have same problem. Also SW 0020, HW H40. I Found more people on internet whith same problem, but no solution. Can someone help us? There must be the same firmware for SW 0020. I think that's only can solve this. Can VCDC delete old phones from memory? I also think deleting would be solution also.
