Hi!
Bin leider mit meinem Latein am Ende, deshalb versuch ichs mal hier:

Habe auf einem Igel Thinclient (564 LX Premium) Debian 6.0.7 und IPC 11.5 installiert. Als Emus sind OSCAM und camd3 installiert. Habe es auch so weit erfolgreich einrichten können, dass camd3 die Keys für ORF etc. an OSCAM übergibt und dass die Sender auf meinem Receiver (Opticum 9600 TS) auch hell werden.

Jetzt wollte ich mit HD+ (HD01) und anschließend Sky (S02) weiter machen. Habe eine Easymouse ohne Gehäuse statt des Original Kartenlesers im Igel montiert. Diese ist intern über eine PCI-USB2.0-Karte angeschlossen. Bei Eingabe von lsusb wird diese auch angezeigt, siehe hier:

Nun sollte die Easymouse ja in /dev als ttyUSB* (z.B. ttyUSB0) angezeigt werden, was aber leider nicht der Fall ist, siehe hier:

Habe schon alle USB Anschlüsse durchprobiert, sowohl an der PCI-Kart als auch am Igel selbst, hat leider alles nichts gebracht, zumindest nicht dauerhaft. Habe es ein oder zwei mal geschafft, dass das Device auftaucht, aber spätestens nach einem Reboot wars dann auch wieder weg. Zusammen mit der zweiten Easymouse waren die Ergebnisse auch sehr unterschiedlich, manchmal wurden beide in lsusb angezeigt, manchmal nur eine. Das Device in /dev war dann auch entweder garnicht vorhanden oder eben nur eins und das aber auch nur bis zum nächsten Reboot.

Wenn ich noch weitere Logs posten soll, sagt mir einfach welche und ich reiche das nach.

Schade, war ein Versuch wert, da in der Regel, wenn Reader während der Instalation angeschlossen sind, das Paket "britty" mit instaliert wird. Was dann zu Problemen führen kann.

Werde mich dann mal an die "FAQ: Reader ein festen Port zuweisen" ran wagen, damit bei meinen beiden Readern auch alles korrekt angesprochen wird.

Da du IPC 11.5 instaliert hast, hast du die Option, deine Reader über das IPC-Webif unter dem Punkt "manager" fest verlinken.
Das geht dann bequem übers webif anstatt über Konsole.
Du musst angemeldet sein, um Bilder zu sehen.

Mit dem zweiten Reader dran hören die Probleme leider nicht auf. In /dev sollten ja jetzt ttyUSB0 und ttyUSB1 erscheinen, es ist aber nur ttyUSB0 drin. Wie bekomme ich jetzt den anderen Reader dazu?

Habe es hinbekommen, in dem ich den externen Reader direkt an den IGEL statt an den PCI-USB-controller (an dem der interne Reader hängt) angeschlossen habe. Jetzt tauchen beide Devices in /dev auf und ich kann sie auch im IPC zuweisen. Aber es müsste doch auch mit beiden Readern an einem Controller gehen, oder?

Was ich vorher erst bemerkt habe, du hast den falschen Kernel drauf (686) den musst du noch austauschen auf den einen 486er denn der 686 ist für neuere Hardware und da kommt es beim IGEL zu Problemen mit den Readern (hatte ich selber das Problem) nach Austausch auf einen Squeeze 486 Kernel lief es bei mir problemlos und die Reader wurden ordnungsgemäß erkannt. Anleitung dafür gibt's bei PEBCAK oder möglicherweise hier im Board.Grüße Joerg_999
