Install
•wipe
•flash rom
•reboot
•Setup your google account and let it go to home screen, wait for 4-5 mins then reboot the phone. Do not do anything else on first boot..
•After 2nd reboot use your phone normally.
if you have issues.
•wipe dalvik
•fix permissions
•reboot
enjoy!

I recommend setting Developer options\ Disable HW Overlays checked, Force GPU Rendering checked, and Background Process limit 2 or 3 at most. Makes for a Butter running phone.

Well you know just extract everything and put the ICS folder in the root of your sd card. If WM6.5 tap on clrcad (nothing appears to happen) then haret, if magldr navigate to ICS folder using ad-sd dir and select ICS folder then boot AD SD.
•Setup your google account and let it go to home screen, wait for 4-5 mins then reboot the phone. Do not do anything else on first boot..
•Reboot 2 more times before using phone normally

Note that first boot will take about 10 mins (depending on size of data.ext4 created) and will end with the phone rebooting. Second boot will take less time and will show the boot animation (as opposed to portadroid screen in first boot). You are porting this build, it is so that some apps are put in data.ext4 file. remember to reboot x3.

Updated to newest CM from NK111
I edited the framework-res and system-ui and now Navigation Buttons are off, the old script to enable and disable no longer works. Probabally because of Base change. At the end of the week I will have more time to spend. I also use the NavButtons, Sorry I am leaving town and ran out of time.
If anyone can make a Zip to Enable the Navigation bar that would be great.

If you use this version you need a 1gb-4gb ext3/4 partition on your SD. It's using Amurllaz a2sd script modified for JB by smokin901, nothing to do or change just flash ROM and it just works.
