This utility program is a service editor for digital satellite receivers. (Few models does not support this program because of data type's differences.)
You can use this program immediately after downloading without an installation process. But if you are using a USB connection, you should install the USB driver (tfbulk.inf) before use.

When uploading and downloading a service list with TF5400PVR after searching a terrestrial service list, the list was disappeared. This is fixed.
