Well, it is trying CAID 0960, you said you needed 0963:

If you were using oscam.dvbapi it should go straight to 0963

hi, i need sky uk probably it needs more caids than 0963 , is that a problem ?
where i can put the all the caids i need ? i could need more providers...

You can prioritize all the CAIDs you need in oscam.dvbapi, usually one card uses one CAID (besides some tunneled cards that use two).
For now you should test with only one CAID in oscam.dvbapi to see if that works, you can still add more later.
Any line in oscam.dvbapi starting with "P: " means Prioritize, any line with "I: " means ignore, where "I: 0" is "ignore the rest".
Also the CAIDs will be tried in the order they are in oscam.dvbapi

if i set I:0960 it looks for 0961
if i set i:0960 and 0961 it looks for 0963
if i set both of above and P:0963 and I:0 don't still work
