Technology Research Group Fraud Use of Telecommunications
Judicial Police. In the crowded, following presentation of the facts alleged
TDS by the entity, DISTRIBUTOR OF DIGITAL TELEVISON, SA, committed
using the technique of "cardsharing" requesting the issuance of
injunctions to the investigation and identification of / authors
the facts alleged, led to different companies (Microsoft Corporation,
Telefónica of Spain and Cajasur) in order to find data on the account
email mentioned in the certificate, the IPs obtained in several emails
andthe electronic bank account provided by the Internet user.
Second.-As of August 23, 2010 order was issued by accessing the
issuance of the said injunctions, once completed
it resulted in Official statement nO 63532/11, identifying as
alleged perpetrator, (as both IP, such as bank account as
e-mail account in your name) to:
Ernesto xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, whose other affiliation data are DN!.
, Born xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (Barcelona), and residing in
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Malaga
THIRD .- The Inspector Head of the Technological Crime Police Station
National Police Provincial de Málaga been interested in letter received
in court, the entry and registration in the said property located in the Street
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for the day October '21 to
9.00, in order to inspect the computers of the same and
proceed with the involvement of all those elements and supporting documentation
computer that were directly related to the activities under investigation, as
could be computer equipment and media, documentation, annotations
personal postal and email correspondence and any other that may
be related to the facts.
